So today , allow me to share one of my favorate food here in my country philippines . Actually this is my first food that i will share to all of you , hope you will like it .
I will share to you my own version of chopsuey and its benefits .
BENEFITS
*Green beans - Is high in vitamin K, also contain calcium. This two is important to maintain strong and healthy bones.
*Cabbage-vitamin C and help improve digestion and can lower blood pressure and cholesterol level and can help keep your heart healthy .
*VEGETABLE PEAR-Antioxidants and can support liver function , and it is also good for pregnant women and promote heart health.
*CARROTS-Good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants and can lower cholesterol levels and improved eye health.
INGREDIENTS
*pork liver
*pork
*cabbage
*green beans
*vegetable pear
*carrots
*sweet pepper
*onion
*garlic
*cornstarch
PROCEDURE
*Clean all the ingredients
*after cleaning peel and cut all the ingredients
*mixed the cornstarch and set aside
*heat the frying pan , and add small amount of oil and if its already heat add the onion and garlic and mixed
*add the pork and pork liver and mixed
*add small amount of water
*wait until the water is almost gone and add carrots, vegetable pear and green beans
*and mixed the ingredients
*and after 5 minutes add the cabbage and mixed
*after 5 minutes add cornstarch
*and season it with salt and ajinomoto(food seasoning)
*chopsuey is ready to eat
