GUIDELINES FOR MY FOOD PREPARATION

Today, I will be sharing with you the guidelines for cooking Rice, beans and vegetable soup as seen in this picture.
Ingredients For Vegetable
1.Fish, Kpomo and chicken
- Pepper, Tomatoes and onion
- Palm oil
- Maggi and salt
- Locust bean
- Rice and beans.
Procedure for Vegetable
I grinded pepper, tomatoes and onion.
Below is the picture showing this.
After that, I sliced vegetable and washed thoroughly.
I sliced Kpomo and removed bone from fish.
I washed the locust bean.
I added about 20cl of palm oil to the pot
After about two minutes, I added the pepper.
Then I added locust bean, Maggie, and fish and Kpomo and chicken.
I cook the stew for about 15minutes, then I added vegetable and I covered the pot for about 3 minutes.
I turned the vegetable and the removed it from the fires, kai! The vegetable soup is done..
#Procedure for Rice and Beans
I added about 1½ litre of water to the pot.
I watched beans and put it in the pot and cook for about 10 minutes, then I wash 4 cup of rice and put it.
I added salt and cooked it for about 30 minutes.
I removed the pot from the fire. Rice and beans is now ready🤗
The food is now ready to be served.
