Asalamualiakum, foodies this is your Mursaleen from kashmir, i hope that you all are doing well, enjoying your happy and healthy life. Today, i am going to share another interesting day with my meals.

I weak early than did my break fast today, i decided to eat bananas and juice & banana as it is good for the helth and full of vitamin B6.

I eat rice & wakhnee with meat. I did my lunch. Which is most favorite dish.

Dinner menu tonight

So my sister prepared dinner of egg & rice & eggs are naturally rich in vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin D.
