Pour coconut oil in a heated pan.
Add thinly sliced 4 big onions, 25 garlic pods, 1 teaspoon ginger paste and saute until become translucent.
Add 1.5 teaspoon of chilli powder, 2 teaspoon coriander powder and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and saute well until the raw smell goes.
Add 4 tomatoes cut into 4 pieces and a handful of curry leaves and saute until get mashed and gravy thickens.
Add 1 kilo cleaned and cut crab pieces and necessary salt.
When it boils, keep the heat at low and allow to cook by closing with a lid.
Stir occasionally.
When cooked well, add some coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Now the crab roast is ready.
