Today, I am going to share with the food community a pizza recipe which is not only easy to make but also is easy on the stomach. The recipe is diabetic, low fat, vegetarian and full of snacks.
Now, you may be wondering, why I named it Aladdin's Carpet Pizza ? Because the pizza comes out faster on serving plate than Alddin's genie out of the lamp.
All you need is:
2 small pita bread rounds
1/4 cup reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
2 tbs chopped dried fruit such as apricots, raisins, apples, or pears etc.
As soon as you have collected all the ingredients, you simply spread the pita bread rounds with yogurt and then sprinkle with fruit.
Instantaneous! Right?
Serve immediately for full bellies and happy faces.
