Today I want to share with you how I fry my favorite fish.
In the country where I live, fish is mainly fried in sunflower oil.
I do not understand this method, since I clearly hear the smell of oil and because of this I do not feel the taste of fish.
We have a hake to the table today.
For this we need:
Butter
Garlic
Razmorin
A fish
Salt
Ground black pepper
Put butter, garlic and sprigs of rasproin on a roasted frying pan.
Roast for about three minutes.
While the garlic was fried, I cut the fish into pieces, salted and pepper.
After three minutes, she took out the sprigs of ragmorr.
The fish was soaked in flour and sent to the pan to cook.
Fry until the fish is completely cooked.
