Assalamu Aalaikum. Hope all steemitans are weel in this pandemic situation. This is Nazmul Naheed from Dhaka,Bangladesh.This is my first post in @steemFood. And today I will share with you a very interesting dish called #DESSERT_DISH _KANUFA.
It is a very well known and traditional dish of our country Bangladesh. Everyone have their to different way of preparation here in Bangladesh but believe me i've make it to very easy way, hope everybody enjoys it.
♦Please see below's method of my preparation for KANUFA😋
STEP-1
First we need to take a packet of Lachchi Semai, a cup of sugar, a cup of powdered milk and two tea spoons of ghee.
Then heat two tea spoons of ghee in a clean pan and fry the lachchi semai.
When lightly fried, add a cup of sugar, And fry until browned.
Next you have to add powdered milk after it turns brown.
Then mix everything well and take it down after two minutes.
Then you need to set everything in a dry bowl.
STEP-2
Then needs to start working of Step-2.
We will now make cream for Kanufar, here we need to add two packets of liquid milk, two tea spoons of agar agar powder, four table spoons of cornflour, one and a half cup of sugar and one teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Then the milk should be heated and cooled for ten minutes, then the cornflour should be added in cold water, then the agar agar powder, sugar should be mixed well together, then it should be keep in the oven and stirred till it becomes thick , And add vanilla essence three minutes before taking it off the stove.
This is our cream for KANUFA.
STEP-3
We have come to the end, now you have to pour the whole cream of step two on top of half the amount of semai fry in step one, then you have to set the rest of the half semai on top of the cream, then you have to chickpeas and sprinkle almonds everywhere. Next keep the semai and cream freezing for ten minutes to set well.
Finally we got ## KANUFA
