How I prepare my porage beans and plantainsteemCreated with Sketch.

Hello friends,it my first time of posting here,hope I am welcome,am happy to be here because I love food and I like cooking too..
So I will be sharing with you people the food I made today,I mean this morning and I will tell you how it was made and the process of involve in cooking such recipe.
First,u got to prepare your ingredients.
Like:
Beans of any type
Plantain
Red oil
Onion
Crayfish
Dryfish or any fish
Salt
Maggi
Water.
So,first,you have to boil you beans for atlest 30minute or more so that it will be solft,after that,you got to put your beans down and remove the first water you use for cooking it ,why is necessary was to avoid side effect like stomach upset,after that,put water and boil,that Is when you will start to put your ingredients,first the dry fish,but if it is fresh fish,you got to parboil it and source it before finally putting it in the beans but if you are using dry fish,you don't need to parboil any fish,just put your dry fish .
After that,out your onion ,pepper, crayfish,Maggi,and your salt, finally,put your plantain,then cover for like 20minute or less.
After that put your red oil or any oil of your choice and cover for like 15minute or less,then turn the whole food together to get the needed test and close again for like 5minute or less,then put your porage plantain down and wow,it ready to be eaten,..

I hope this my small step on how to prepare this sweet food will help anyone who is interested in this recipe to prepare it without any stress .
