Every steps on how I prepared this special soup common in Nigeria(Egusi Soup) //26-04-2021

GETTING THE NEEDED INGREDIENTS AT THE MARKET

I definitely have to go to the near by market to the ingredients that I most necessarily used for making the soup. The photos below have more to say about that

THE INGREDIENTS

Egusi seeds, fresh fish, smoked fish, vegetable leaves, Cameron pepper, Palm oil, Maggi, onions and salt

THE PROPER COOKING OF THE SOUP NOW

*I steamed the fresh fish added with onions and Maggi

*I fried the grinded Egusi with palm oil and freed it from the pot when dried

*I added another small oil after I have emptied the pot and added water that will be okay with the quantity of Egusi that I bought

*I added the steamed fresh fish, the smoked fish, salt, pepper and Maggi immediately.

*when boiled, i then added the Egusi and finally the vegetable leaf when every other thing had boiled very well
