Hey everyone. Are you having a good pasta life?

I want to share with you the anchovy and asparagus peperoncino I made the other day because it was so easy and delicious.

Ingredients are as follows

*Servings for 2

(1)Anchovies (about 3 slices)
(2)Garlic (2 cloves)
(3) Asparagus (4 pcs)
(4) capsicum (optional, I use about 2 handfuls)
(5) Salt (13g)
(6) Water (1 liter)
(7) Pasta (220g)
Olive oil (enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
  1. mince garlic, fry olive oil, anchovies and frying pan on low heat.
⇒Take your time. When you can smell the aroma, it's ok, turn off the heat. 2.

  2. boil water, add pasta and salt
⇒After about 2 minutes, put asparagus and boil together until pasta's boiling time.
⇒Scoop up a ladleful of boiled water in half the time of boiling time and put it into the pan of 1.
Turn the heat to medium and stir the pan well. 3.

  3. put the boiled pasta into the pan of boiling water.
⇒3. put the boiled pasta into the frying pan and turn off the heat. 4.

Serve as shown in the picture and enjoy your peperoncino to your heart's content!

One piece of advice, I recommend quitting before the date.
