After the mixture, you place it on the table, smooth it with a wodden laddle and pour the granded fish on one side of it, fold it along and cut it to the desired sizes. Below are the pictures of when the fish was poured on the mixture on the table, and rolled before cutting to seizes
You must pour floor on the table before smoothen it with the wood to avoid the mixture gumming on the table, then pour the grinded fish on it before rolling it. After rolling it as shown above, you cut to the desired sizes as shown below:
As you can see,is now ready to be fried in our local firewood as there was no gas at the moment as shown below:
Five to ten minutes you bring it out, is ready to serve as seen below :
After this, i went to the market for another meeting for a business trip. The meeting was concluded at about 5.00pm, i got to the house by 6.00pm and started preparing dinner for the house. We had the dinner, and went to bed by 9:45pm. These was how my day was spent, and will still keep you posted on further activities.
