Greetings dear food lovers, trust you are all having a good life and enjoying each and everyday.
I'm very much excited to be sharing this post of my food diary with you all.
Everyday I try hard to fulfill my responsibilities as a mother and a wife in the family, preparing delicious meals and many other things.
Well, without wasting much time, I will go ahead to share the three different meals that I enjoyed today, here I will start with my breakfast.
Breakfast
I woke up today to see that breakfast was already prepared by my children. They prepared beans with fried potatoes and made the mixed cereals for us to eat with it. Here is my own share below:
I'm so much proud of them because they've learnt so fast and they put what they learnt to practice even when I'm not there to guide them. I enjoyed that delicious breakfast from them.
Lunch
Well, it was soon time for lunch, and I went in to prepare soup for my family. I prepared the egusi and Uziza soup and we all loved it at home.
Below you can see my share of the delicious food served with Garri.
My children always love this soup when I prepare it for them and my happiness is to see them happy and enjoying themselves.
I also took a selfie while eating ;)
That was all for my lunch, my children helped in doing the dishes after we finished eating.
My dinner
In the night I decided to make cucumber smoothie and drink it before sleeping.
I made it with 2 medium sized of cucumber, and 2 satchets of meal replacement therapy from Edmark company. A friend of mine just gave me for free. I added 70 ml of cold water. The taste was great ππππ.
Drinking it helps me to sleep very freely at night and also refreshes the skin. Other health benefits too.
I gave some to my family, some of them liked it but some just do not enjoy eating the cucumber fruit however it is made.
After drinking my delicious smoothie, I completed with the rest of my activities and then went to bed to sleep.
