Ingredients
Washed and cut ugu( pumpkin leaf)
Waterleaf-cut and washed
Palm oil
Maggi,salt
Blended crayfish and pepper
Okporoko
dry fish
Wash the okporoko thoroughly and boil in water on fire till it's soft,pour it out in a bowl
Then put the pot on a lit stove and pour oil into it.
Allow the oil to heat up then pour your waterleaf into the pot,
mix it thoroughly then allow it cook for 10minutes.
After 10minutes,put the already cooked okporoko into the pot,add the already washed dry fish,maggi,salt,and the blended crayfish and pepper and mix properly.
Allow it to cook for 2minutes then add the ugu(pumpkin leaf) mix it properly and allow to cook for 2minutes.
Your waterleaf soup is ready to eat.
