A very beautiful day to you @steemfoods community. It's my pleasure to participate in another contest and show you how to make one of the delicious desserts from my place.

The dessert I'm preparing today is the Nigerian puff puff with pepper.
This is a dessert you can find in almost every part of Nigeria south East to be precise. I remember back In school I'd save up money for days just to be able to buy puff puff, not just any kind of puff puff but puff puff with pepper. One taste and you'll get hooked. It's not just peculiar to kids, adults too love it, so sit tight while we go through the process of preparing Nigerian Puff Puff With Pepper.

Here are my ingredients

Ingredients

  1. Flour - 3 cups of plain flour
  2. Yeast - 4 teaspoons or 1 large eating spoon
  3. Granulated Sugar - 1 cup.
    4.) Pepper -1 bulb (diced)
  4. Nutmeg - Seed or powder. I used seed.
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Salt - A pinch.
  7. Onions (diced)
  8. 2cups of water.

Steps.
a) Pour the flour into a bowl, add grated nutmeg( desired quantity), I didn't add much so it'll not overshadow the taste of the puff.

This snack is sold at markets, junctions and even hawked around my street and area. It's sold for #50naira per piece.

You can eat alone as a snack or you can any beverage of your choice.
I decided to eat mine with a cup of hot chocolate and milk beverage.
