Here are the ingredients:
5 pieces Guilang tableya
1 cup rice
1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups water
condensed milk optional
Procedure:
Pour 3 1/2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil
Put-in the rice and allow water to re-boil for a few minutes
Add the 5 pieces Guilang Tableya. Stir continuously
Once the rice is cooked (about 15 to 20 minutes of cooking with constant stirring), make sure that the texture has thicken.
Remove from the pot and place in a serving plate. Add sugar according to one's sweet taste.
Serve immediately while its hot and add a swirl of condensed milk on top for added flavor.
