How To Cook Filipino Pork Ginamay @nickjon || September 03, 2021

Good day steemians! I wish everyone is in good health and safe always. Today, I have cooked pork ginamay. The word "ginamay" is a Visayan word which roughly translate as " little or small pieces." Commonly this dish is preferred serve to large family because it can save a lot of money by purchasing a little amount of meat and adding a a lot of vegetables which makes the dish super nutritious and delicious. So, let us now go to the kitchen and the fire starting.

Ingredients:

Carrots
Potato
Onions
Garlic
Pork
Salt and seasoning
Bay leaves and black pepper
Oil
Tomato paste

Procedure:

A. Prepare different cuts of vegetables (carrots and potatoes).

B. Cut the pork into the same size as the vegetables.

C. Prepare your heated cooking oil in a pot.
D. Pour all the onion and garlic together and the pork meat.

E. Once the onion is cooked but not browned, add water. Allow it to boil. Add the potatoes and carrots.
F. Adding the tomato sauce, seasoning and white pepper is optional.

G. Boil for a few minutes until cooked.
H. Serve and enjoy!
