Good afternoon Steemians, today being Saturday, I decided to prepare corn moimoi( also known as asusu Oka in igboland) for breakfast.
Recipe
Corn kernels
Red oil
Onion
Crayfish
Dry fish
Seasoning cubes
Salt
Pepper
Method of preparation
I dehulled the corn kernels from the cob it was about 4 cups, washed and placed in a bowl.
To the bowl containing the corn kernels I added onion, pepper, crayfish and dry fish then proceeded to the mill for milling.
After milling I added seasoning cubes,salt,litttle ground dry pepper and 2 cooking spoonful of red oil then stirred properly.

I placed the corn cobs on a pot and added a little water to it.
I scooped the mixture into nylon bags and placed on the pot containing the corn cobs
Cooked for 30 to 45 mins after which it was ready for consumption.
