Hello fellow steemians, accept greetings from this part of the world. Today i want to take us through a simple recipe of preparing Ndole and Plantain.
Ingredients:
For the Ndole
- Butterleaf
- Groundnut
- Meat/Smoked fish
- Crayfish
- Gallic
- Ginger
- White pepper
- Onion
- Groundnut oil
- Maggi and and Salt
- Plantain/Ripe
Procedure
The unsliced or unchopped bitter leaf
- Slice the bitter leaf to be unique and uniform
- Next boil for about 5 minutes and then remove to cold before you proceed to wash to remove the bitter taste.

Next we prepare all other ingredients for the Ndole; as follows......
Boiled groundnut mixed with gallic, ginger, onion and white pepper
Smoked Fish
Smoked Meat
