Hello friends of steemfood how are you doing today, hope you are doing fine. We thank God for the gift of life. Want to share how I prepared Unripe plantain with garden egg sauces. Is an African dish mostly prepared in the southern part of Nigerian . And also prepared In some
ceremonies.
INCREDIENT
Unripe plantain
Garden egg
Onion
Fresh pepper
Vegetable oil
Spices
7 Smoked fish
How I prepared it
Firstly I boiled the unripe plantain with garden egg together.
After boiling both together
Then I matched d boiled garden egg
Then I sliced the my onion & pepper
After slicing, I place a pot on the fire,
Poured the vegetable oil and and allow to hot for few minutes
poured the already sliced pepper, and onion in the hot Vegetable oil on fire added curry powder
Added smoked fish then stir for few minutes and poured d already matched garden egg, then added my seasoning and salt to taste.
It ready to eat.
