Today I will discuss about my favorite meal celebration Cooking chicken meat.I will share with you what ingredients are needed to cooking chicken meat.Chicken meat is a very favorite food of Bengalis.Chicken meat contains a lot of protein.Which plays a role in strengthening the muscles.Being a low fat protein, it is a good source of weight loss. Chicken is definitely a healthy food if you want to lose weight for a long time while keeping your stomach full.I like to eat local chicken meat.However we will now see how to cook chicken meat.Let's get started then.
Materials:
1.Half a kg of chicken meat.
2.Like the amount of turmeric powder.
3.Like the amount of pepper powder.
4.Like the amount of salt.
5.Cumin paste 2 tablespoons.
6.Ginger paste, garlic paste 2 tablespoons.
7.Like hot spices, cardamom, cloves.
8.1 cup of soybean oil.
9.Like the amount of hot water.

First the chicken meat should be cleaned well with water.

Then separate the amount of turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, hot spices, cardamom and cloves in a container.

Then in the pre-cleaned chicken, add ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cardamom, hot spices and cloves.

After 5 to 10 minutes, add the same amount of salt to the grated chicken.

Then heat 1 cup soybean oil in a pan and add the seasoned chicken. Then put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Then when the meat is cook inflict, give 2 cups of hot water.

Then cover the pan with a lid and cook in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

After 15 to 20 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and serve in another bowl and now it is edible.
