Hey people hope we all are doing great holding up well I want to shear with us some small words that concerns us and food .
Food is good for our system and also bad for our system so now it depends on how you eat, what kind of food you eat and what time you eat. A lot of people knowing that food is good for your health they don’t care on how and when they eat food .
Food is good yes it is but some mixture of food is food poison or even slow poison.so you need to know about what a food contains and what it helps in your body before you do the mixture of the different food combinations.
The best food to eat is a balanced food that contains starch ,protein ,fat and oil and carbohydrates. When you don’t do your food mixture well you might eat and be constipation and when you over eat too it cusses constipation
Another thing is most people don’t know when to eat because the love food they eat at anytime like from 6am to even 3am of is not good to your system so far I know the best time to balance your system with food is from 7:00am to 8:00pm latest time to eat. Hope you learn something from my post
