How I Prepare My Nigeria Fried Rice and Turkey

Hi guys😎today I would love to share with you how I prepare my Nigeria fried rice and turkey it's very easy and straight forward.

INGREDIENTS
4 cups of Rice
Vegetable oil
1 kilo of Turkey
Curry
Thyme
1 Onion
Green peas
Green beans
Spring onion
Green pepper
Carrot
Sweet corn
Fried rice spice
Kidney beans
6 chicken flavor cube
Salt to taste.

DIRECTION
property wash the turkey and boil it then add onion, curry, thyme, 2chicken cube and salt to taste then leave to boil for like 5minutes.

heat up some vegetable oil and fry the turkey to Golden brown.

parboil the rice then add it to the chicken stock then add enough water that would cook the rice also put in the sweet corn and the kidney beans then leave to boil.

Cut all your vegetables such as the spring onion, green beans, green pepper and carrots
then heat up your vegetable oil then add ur carrot allow it to fry for some time before adding the other vegetable then add the fried rice spice, curry, thyme, chicken cube and salt to taste.

Then add the fried vegetable to the already cooked rice then mix it together until it is evenly distributed.

The fried rice is ready to be served

Added the left over salad I had in the fridge
