Good day friends ,hope you all are doing just good. I am @ohia 576,and I want show how I made my "fish in tomatoes source roll.and equally the recipe,and the process

** HOW TO MAKE FISH IN TOMATOES ROLLS**
Ingredients for source
Fresh seed tomatoes.
Fresh pepper.
4big bolls of onions
Seasoning
Matrel fish
Vegetable oil
Salt

Recipe for the dough
All purpose flower
Baking powder
Butter
Powered milk
Eggs
Sugar

THE PROCESS
I started by washing the fish thoroughly and put them in the out,then spice it up with small pepper, Maggi,diced onions and salt I now cook it for 20mintes precisely.as the picture shows.

When it is okey I remove the fish from the stock and debone the fish.then I have to pound my pepper.that is it in the picture.

I washed the tomatoes then cut open and remove the seeds and slice it and keep.please see how it is in the picture.

That is the sliced tomatoes and the onions in this picture.

The next thing I did was to mash the fish a little,after I finish setting all my source materials then I now put the frying pan n the fire allow it to dry up the water in it,so I put the vegetable oil 100mg and allow it for some seconds then I add the sliced onions and little salt then stir it to avoid burning till the onions gets weak.lmmediately it is weak I now added the sliced tomatoes and the pepper then stir and live to cook until the water from the tomatoes dry up ,then I add the pepper and the fish also the spice and then stir it and let boil for 20minites.behold the picture of the process as explained

And the source is ready.

THE PROCESS FOR THE DOUGH
I Seive the flour and put it in the bowel precisely 2kilogram,add one spoon of baking powered and the nutmeg,pich of salt,surgar100mg , the flavour was also added and rubbed in. I now added my 650mg butter and start to rubb it in until it becomes scrambled , I add the milk that I have mix and pour it in and started to mix it until it becomes flopy,I now spread it on a kneadingtron or a table and spread it , I now add my source,and roll it after much I cut it to sizes place the on the baking tray and stregth into thr
Oven. The bake for 10 to 20it is ready for consumption. Like this.
