Hi foodies,

What is better with food than a delicious cocktail that goes with it?

Here are 4 new cocktail Ideas I have created for a bar's special events menu.

I hope you have fun recreating them and tasting them!

Fitzgerald Pineapple Bowl

40ml Coconut Rum
10ml Chambord
20ml Pineapple syrup
60ml Pineapple Juice
25ml lime juice

Glass: Balloon
Method: shake
ice: Cubed, topped with crushed
Garnish: dried pineapple

30ml Gin
15-20ml Kafir syrup
top up with Prosecco

Method: shake
Glass: Couppette
no ice

Sinatra Old Fashioned

40ml Jim Beam
5ml Kaluah
5ml Vanilla syrup
3 drops cherry bitters

Glass: whiskey glass
ice: cubed
Garnish: cherries
Method: Stir

20ml Strawberry puree
20ml sugar syrup
top up with soda water

ice: Cubed, topped with crushed
Glass: tell glass
Garnish: Apple and mint
