The recipe of litti Chokha & lentials

Here, I am sharing the recipe of litti chokha and lentils

Ingredients

• In Chokha

• 6-7 Potato
• 4-5 Brinjal
• 3-4Tamoto
• 3-4 Onions
• coriander leaves
• salt or some spices
• oil & Water

Preparation

First you have to wash the potatoes, brinjal, tomato and green chillies properly and then cut them into medium size, but finely chop the tomatoes and onions.

After that you have to take a little ghee in a pan, then add the Began first, then add the potatoes.Then adding some water to it, let it thaw.

After about 20 minutes, you have to add raw tomatoes, onion and coriander, salt.Now your Chokha is done.

In Litti..

• Wheat flour
• baking soda
• Cumin and celery
• Salt & Heeg
• Ghee

Preparation

First of all, you have to take flour, add 4 tablespoons of ghee, then salt and cumin, asafoetida and celery are available.Then you have to get food soda in it, so that the litti will flow and become soft.

Allow the flour to flourish for a while. After that if you have an oven in your house, you can make it on it. Otherwise you can also make it on the top.

Now put in ghee and eat it hot, otherwise it will get tight.


Lentils

• Yellow Arhar Lentil
• tomatoes
• Green Coriander and Chilli
• some spices
• Ginger
• oil and Water

You have to take 1 bowl of lentils and then wash them thoroughly.

Then put the lentils in 1 cooker and mix turmeric in it. When 2 siti comes in it, stop it.

After that you have to take 1 kadai then heat oil in it and then add cumin and mustard seeds to it.

Then you have to get ginger and green chilli in it.

Now you have to get tomatoes and spices in it, after that add salt and add the lentils.

Now your lentils are ready, you can eat it.
