Hello friends, it is my first time of participating in this community. I will like to introduce a dish, which contain some essential nutrient like blood, iron and vitamins.
This dish is made through the possibility of a pumpkin leave. I will like to state my procedure in this post, on how to cook a 30 minutes simple pumpkin leave dish.

INGREDIENT
Pumpkin leave
Okro seed
Ice fish
Mangala fish
Prawn
Fresh pepper
Onion
Seasoning cube
Salt
Oil
Water

Bring your ice fish and cut it into pieces base on your choice of size.

Wash it thoroughly with cool water twice and conclude the washing with hot water once.
Pre3
Pour the washed ice fish into the pot and spray the seasoning cube and salt in the pot. Slice your onion into the pot. Apply a little water inside the pot and steam the fish for about five minutes.

Pour in your pounded pepper and prawn. Pour your oil into the pot and allow it to boil for 10minutes.

Cut the pumpkin leave with the okro and slice an onion on top of it, for about five minutes.

Pour the slice pumpkin leave and okro seed together with the onion into the pot. Cover the pot and leave for about five minutes before stirring.

Stir the dish in a good way and allow it to boil for more 5 minutes. Bring it down
