Greetings of the day foodies!!!
Here I am back again sharing my dinner of the day exclusively with the steemfoods community.
As usual will detail the recipe to the maximum i can in visuals to make it easier for you, should you wish to do it at your place!
So here we go!
Chicken, Prawns and Eggs fried rice
Ingredients you will need:
Cooked long grain rice / Chicken / Prawns / Eggs / Light soy sauce/ Dark soy sauce / Oyster sauce / Pepper / Cabbage / Carrots / Mushrooms / Spring onion / Baby corn / Bok choy.
Let's have a closer look the ingredients to have a better idea of how to cut and cook them!

Once all veggies were cut and chicken/prawns/eggs were cooked...
It was selfie time before frying everything together!
Start by heating oil in your wok or any cooking pan you have at home!
Add the carrots, mushrooms and baby corn.
Fry till soften!
Next add in the cabbage and bok choy, mix together and fry for 2 more minutes.
Season lightly with light soya sauce.
Then put in the chicken and prawns.
Sautéed all together.
Add some oyster sauce and dark soy as per taste.
Now put in the cooked long grain rice.
Mix everything gently and lastly add the eggs, spring onion and a dash of pepper.
Et voila...our fried rice is ready to be enjoyed!
