Here I am, back again to share another easy to make recipe for you all to enjoy!
As usual I made it exclusively for this amazing #steemfoods community!
So let's go!
Chicken, Prawns and Eggs upside down bowl.
To make this dish, you will need the following ingredients :
Sliced chicken breast, clean prawns, whole eggs.
Vegetables - See below
Soya sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and little salt.
Steamed rice.
The vegetables:
Onion, carrots, zucchini, baby corn, button mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, bok choy.
To simplify my recipes, now on I will be sharing photo collage, it will be much more easier to follow!
Let's do the cooking!
Sautéed the chicken first, season with little salt, pepper and garlic paste.
Add the prawns, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add some soya sauce and cook for 2 minutes more, until you get the same results as picture 3 below.
Add in the veggies!
Add the carrots and mushrooms in the wok. Mix well together.
Then put in the zucchini, onions and baby corn.
Lastly add the bok choy. Cook for 5 minutes, then add in some more soya sauce and oyster sauce.
This is how the finished product must look like!

Next step is to fry the egg and build up the upside down bowl!
Fry the egg as per your taste.
Place the fried egg at the bottom of your bowl.
Add the sautéed chicken, prawns and veggies on top of the fried egg.
Add your steamed rice till the bowl is full.
Press the rice well ad you can see on picture 5.
Turn the bowl upside down on your plate!
And just like that...
Your delicious food is ready!
Lift up your bowl and let your palate sing!!!
