Have you ever tasted Chinese Dim Sums!?
Well for me, since the first time had them...they became one of my favorite foods ever!
On top of being very delicious...they are healthy too.
It is very rare that you will get me buy from outside...being a chef and having my own restaurant, most of our foods are homemade.
It is so fun when making dim sums...you can do all sorts of...from fish to seafood, beef, lamb chicken, vegetable etc...
And what is great is that the ingredients needed to prepare dim sums are very basics one...
You just have to mince the meat or fish finely in the chopper...
Add the seasonings like soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, sesame oil, some coriander and chives...
Once the meat is ready, get some wantan sheets and wrap them up in any style you want.
Next you just put them to cook in a steamer...
For 12 to 15 minutes.
In the meantime, you have to prepare the broth.
I made a chicken broth with some fresh ginger in it.

Once all is cooked...just put in a bowl and pour in your chicken broth...
Enjoy with some chili sauce!
