The past 4 weeks, I have been working on 5 different Acaï Bowl for the project of my niece and I have shared the 5 recipes on my blog...Do check them out!
Today was the big day!
My team collaborated with her and this morning we successfully set up everything like I had in mind...
Below is my niece together with her friends who were also working on other aspects of the project.

Beautiful display around nature, health, fruits, coconuts...
We started the set up around 8am this morning and by 9.10am everything was ready!
After that me and my team left the university and went back to work at my restaurant!
The girls' took over
My niece and the girls did the talking and presented to the people present. They got only positive feedbacks and everyone was impressed!

Nice touch indeed!
Since the day my niece talked with me about this project, I wanted to deliver something nice for her and really the result was simply outstanding!
I am satisfied, the team is happy, the work was amazing and everyone loved it...what else we need!!!?
So happy seeing happiness on everyone's face after the event!
And I am even more happy sharing this post in my food diary game today!
