INGRADIENTS
160 g. ground almonds
100 g. all-purpose flower
75 g. sugar
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
Ground ginger 3½ teaspoon
1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
85 g. margarine at temperature
65 g. heather honey
Toasted almonds, bittersweet chocolate and sea salt flakes for garnish (optional)
PERPERATION
1 We preheat the oven to 180˚C.
2 We beat the margarine and sugar during a bowl until you get a creamy and smooth mixture.
3 We then add the almonds to the bottom , flour, bicarbonate soda, ground ginger, cinnamon and honey and beat at low speed until unified. Then we put it within the fridge for 10 minutes.
4 With the assistance of two spoons we take small portions of dough and place them on a baking tray with parchment paper thereon .
5 We put almonds within the middle of every while it flattens out the dough balls.
6 Then we bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits start to harden and therefore the center remains soft.
7 We close up the oven, remove the tray and let cook cook for five minutes.
8Then we attend the grid to chill completely.
9 within the meantime, we melt the required bittersweet chocolate to embellish the cookies. Finally we add the flakes of sea salt.
10We keep them in his hat machine
