Madura chicken satay
(result of 20 jumbo skewers)
Chicken Ingredients:
1/2 kg diced chicken fillet
Sweet soy sauce to taste
Lemon juice to taste
A little salt and pepper
Mix well and leave for about 30 minutes.
Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
1.5 oz peanuts, fried
4 pcs garlic
6 pcs red onions
3 sticks of candlenut
5 lbs of lime leaves
2 tbsp fried garlic
2 tbsp fried red onion
5 pcs cayenne pepper
Chicken bone stew
Step :
- Puree all the peanut sauce ingredients, not too thick, not too runny. (can be blended / pulverized)
- Cook over low heat until fragrant, add sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper to taste, set aside
- Skewer the chicken with a skewer, roast the Teflon with a little onion oil and spread it with peanut sauce little by little until cooked
- The satay is ready to be served with fried onions, lontong, and chilies.
