Hi Steemians, tonight, I will be sharing with you one of Nigeria's best dishes called afam soup, I would love you to patiently scroll down as I introduce the steps in cooking this sumptuous meal. It consist of vegetables which help in the increase of blood in the body, fishes which gives protein to the body, and other ingredients which will be seen as you scroll down. It is mostly eaten by those from Akwa Ibom here in Nigeria. It can be eaten with eba (garri), fufu, semovita, semolina, wheat flour, and even plantain flour etc, but I think I prefer eba. Lets journey down!
*Ingredients used
Meat/stock fish
*kponmo/dry fish
*cre-fish/pepper
*Onion/maggi,
*Okazi leafs
*Red oil
Periwinkles in shell
*Salt
*Water leafs
*Steps used in preparation
Added water to my already steamed meat, then placed on the fire to boil

Added my stock fish
*Added my sliced kponmo/dry fish
Then allow to boil for 5 minutes

Added my red oil
Added my onion /blended crefish/blended pepper
Added my salt/periwinkles in shell
Allowed to boil for 5 minutes
Washed my water leafs
Added my blended Okazi leafs and allow to boil for 5 minutes
Added my water leaf
And lastly, allowed to boil for another 3 minutes, its finally ready to be eaten
