The fish is the one of your preference in my case I used golden fin tuna and torito
Ingredientes:
Pescado ( la cantidad depende de las personas que van a comer, en mi caso éramos seis)
Plátanos Verdes 6

Repollo ( medio repollo no muy grande)
Sal
Ajo
Vinagre
Harina Pan
Mayonesa
Aceite de Oliva
Vinagre

Ají y Cebollín

First we will make the two salads, one with which we will accompany the tostones and another to accompany the heavy. We peel and grate the carrots, in a separate container we put water and vinegar, we chop our cabbage and put in the water with vinegar to clean for a while, we take an onion and chop into very small squares. After the cabbage has settled, strain it well until all the water is drained and mix the grated carrot, cabbage and onion, add mayonnaise to taste and a touch of salt.
Now we will make our tostones, we start by peeling our bananas and cut a little thickly in the round, we put them to fry a little, we take them out and let them rest a little, then crush them add a touch of salt and garlic, we take them to fry again until toast.
Time to make our fish, everyone has their own way of frying and dressing them, after washing them I particularly liquefy onion, chili and chives and place it on them and let them marinate while I make the salads and tostones. In a separate plate I add flour and pass the fish through there and then I take them to the pan to fry until golden brown.

Cinco cucharadas de mantequilla

Mantequilla y harina de trigo para colocar al molde
Dessert:
Finna brownie mix
Five tablespoons of butter
