Hello friends of Steemfoods, I am grateful to this community for having opened the doors again to this wonderful world.
I want to share with you a simple and tasty pasta that I cooked for my family, here are the ingredients and preparation.
INGREDIENTS:
_ 1 KG of Caracolito (pasta)
½ kg of ground meat.
Grated Mozzarella cheese
3 tomatoes.
1 onion.
1 carrot
Garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Ground oregano to taste
Oenote (color)
Oil
Preparation of the meat:
We place the pan with a little oil on the stove over medium heat, then put the meat with the crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper and place the oregano along with the onoto to our taste; we begin to fry for about 5 minutes approximately.
Then add the onion and the diced tomatoes, the previously grated carrot, pour a cup of water, stir and cover, lowering the heat to minimum; after approximately 20 minutes we have our meat ready for the pasta.
Preparation of the pasta:
We put in a pot water (enough to cover the snails) with a little salt and oil; we put it on the stove over high heat and when it is boiling we put the pasta and let it cook until it is al dente. Once the snails are ready, we put them in the pan with the meat and stir carefully.
Once the dish is ready, we serve it with some grated mozzarella cheese and then au gratin.
