Are you all safe and healthy during this pandemic time , I think you all are.
Today I am taking part in the contest 19 by @steemfoods community on the occasion of
Mother's day.
Mother , is not just a word it's our life. Without mother world doesn't exist we don't exist .
I would like to wish all the women happy mother's day .
So today we have prepared delicious bur-boun choco truffle or my mother. But the thing is my other don't live with me she live in Rampur Uttar Pradesh and I am in Delhi .
So my love is totally filled in this cake.
Yes I live with my mother in law but due to covid protocol we are not meeting each other so she stay safe from that virus . As I love her alot....
So without wasting much time let's quickly see the ingredients and items required and then let's see what are the steps to make this cake.

Ingredients and items.
- 3 big size burbon biscuits pack
- Amul dark chocolate
- ENO
- Nestle Milky bar
- Gems
- Butter
- Fresh Cream
- Milk
- Bowls
- Mould
- Pan having salt and stand in it
- Mixture grinder
quick steps towards taste
Take a large size pan and put it at low flame and cover it after putting a stand in it and also 200 g salt.
Now take the n heart shape mould and apply butter in it and also use white paper or butter paper inside it to cover the base of mould so they it become easy to take out cake from mould.
Now take a bowl, open bourbon biscuits and break them into small pieces so that it become easy to grind it.
Breaked into small pieces.
Now add biscuits inside the grinder and add small amount of milk in it and mix it well till a thick paste came out from it.

Checking thickness of paste.
Now take the batter/ paste out in a bowl.
Mix it well to remove all or maximum air bubbles from it . So that it become air free .
Now take a pack of ENO and add it into the mixture.
ENO give fluffness and softness to cake and other items.
Adding eno in it
Now take 1 tablespoon milk and add it on top of eno which will activate eno .
Now mix it gently so that effect of eno doesn't change and reduce.
Dark colour is back again after mixture.
Now take the mould and add batter in mould and fill it completely .
Now using tap tap technique make batter air bubbles free by tapping in 10-15 times on floor .

Final look before baking
Now place this mould on stand inside the pan and cover it and let it bake for 30-40 mins. Without opening it.
On stand in pan for next 30 mins.
Cover it.
Now for next few minutes let us work on making wipped cream for it. So take dark chocolate and cut it into small pieces.
Add it in a bowl
Add fresh cream on it so make fresh wipped cream.
Now take another pan and add small amount of water in it and make it boil. After boiling it now put cream on it and mix it constantly without stopping it till it become brown. Switch of stove when water boil very much.
Place it here.
Mix it constantly without stopping.
Finally colour is coming out and yes we can say that your cream is now ready to use.
Now add 2 big spoon butter into it to make it more tasty and thick . Mix it well.
Now it's time to place cream in freezer for 10-15 mins so that it become stable.
Till then let's make white cream for making garnishing items like zig-zag frame.
Melt the white chocolate and add it into a home made cone.
Now take a plastic piece and make the shape you want to use for garnishing your cake .
And now place it too in freezer for 7 mins.
Now 35 mins are over , remove the plate and check whether or cake is cooked or not.
Take a toothpick and stab it into the cake if cake stcik on it bake more other wise it's done.
Now place it for more 10 mins to make it cool .
Remove butter paper from it.
Now cut cake into two pieces as shown below using thread. Basic and easy technique.
Prepare sugar syrup: take a bowl add little bit of water in it and then add sugar powder . Mix it well . Syrup is ready.
Apply syrup on on side of cake .
Now take cream out from freezer and fill it in a pieing machine to make rings of cream and then fill it properly for best flavours.
Apply cream properly and every single area .
Take another base over it and add cream on it too.
Now add liquid cream from top of it and place it in fridge for 10 mins to let it settle.
Now it's time to decorate it . Choose your design in which way you want to decorate it.
And then just start decoration.
I am using gems cream and zig Zag window to decorate it.
Finally your cake is now ready to eat and you are ready to give suprise to your mother .
Sorry that I am not able to go to my mother in law room due to covid protocol but I have alot of feeling for my mother and my mother in law in my heart.
