Yummy Custard Milk Cake.
So let's get started with our making of this dessert
Ingredients For Cake
1/2 cup edible oil (120ml)
1 cup of powered sugar
1.5cup all purpose flour (190gms)
Half cup vanilla custard powder (50gms)
Baking powder 1tbsp
1 Cup and 2tbsp milk
1/4 tbsp baking soda
For Custard Milk
Milk (410 ml)
Custard powder 1tbsp
Sugar 2.5 tbsp
For Cream
1 cup milk cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Pistachios for garnishing purpose
Steps involved
Step 1 making of the Cake
Take a clean container and put half cup of edible oil in the it ,then add 1 cup of powdered sugar and mix them properly as shown in the picture below
Then add 1.5 cup of all purpose flour and Half cup vanilla custard powder (50gms) then make a smooth batter with the help of 2 cups milk and then add 1 tbsp baking powder and 1/4 tbsp soda.
Take a pressure cooker and place it on medium flame and add 2 cups of salt in it and a stand to keep the container on and then take a tin or glass container and grease it with oil or butter to avoid sticking of the cake and then dab the container twice after filling the batter so it would settle properly . Put it on the flame
and cook it on a medium flame for 35-40 mins
Steps for preparing of custard milk
Take 410 ml of milk for boiling add 2tbsp of sugar and mix it properly then add one table spoon of custard powder to it , mix it well until it becomes a bit thicker and keep it aside and let it cool at room temperature.
Steps for preparing of cake cream
Take 1 cup of fresh milk cream and whip it softly and form a smooth paste as shown in the picture below
Meanwhile after 40 mins take out the lid of the pressure cooker and take a tooth pic check whether the cake is cooked properly or not then with the help of the folk prick the cake from the top to absorb the vanilla milk and take out the cake and cut them with the help of a knife and then spread the vanilla milk on the top of the cake
Last Step decoration of the cake
Take the cream and cover the cake with the help of a spoon or spatula then finally add the chopped pistachios and your cake is ready
