Hi friends 😀
I am Rakesh from India,hope you all are tuned and doing well.
As I am food lover I always find ways to cook some of my favourite dishes.
Last Sunday, I cooked Biryani and Kashmiri Dum Aloo with curd raita.

Here is recipe datails-
Materials required for 6nos

Long grain Basmati rice 500gms
Carrots 2nos
French beans 50gms
Capsicum 1big size
Potato 2nos
Onions 5nos
Cabbage 50gm
Cauliflower 50gm
Paneer cubes 10 -12nos
Ginger
Everest Biryani masala 2sachets
Turmeric powder 1tea spoon
Ghee(Clarified butter) 4spoons
Salt to taste
The process

Chop all veggies in small pieces after proper washing

Cut onions in pieces and fry them till it become golden brown
Add ginger to fry
Add all chopped veggies and stir fry in ghee with Biryani masala(spices)and salt to taste.
Meanwhile wash rice grains and put 1 pc cardamom and a pinch of turmeric powder,salt in it and set it to half cooked.

In a wide surface pan pour 2 spoons of ghee and spread semi cooked rice followed by a layer of fried veggies again a layer of rice. Keep few mint leaves with 2 spoons ghee spread over on rice and cook slowly for 15-20minutes
Sprinkle fried onions before serving.

Please note Biryani masala ( spices) comes with all required spices mixed in it

Kashmiri aloo dum

It's a very spicy gravy based dish
Take 5 to 6 potatoes and after removing their skin cut in cubes and fry it till golden brown.
Fry onions,curry masala (spices) with curd
Flavoured spices, tomatoes and add fried potatoes to it.
Cook for 15minutes to get it ready with sizzling hot flavour

Raita making
Take 200gms curd, add chopped onions and a pinch of black salt your mouth watering recipe is ready to eat.Forgot to take pics.
