Hey Steemitians!!Today I have brought some yummy dish called Chicken cabbage roll. I am sharing the ingredients and recipe with you guys. This is one type of dim sum you can say. Here we go-
1.Cut off the core of the cabbage.
2.Bring a pot of water to boil and submerge the cabbage keep it until the water boiled.
3.Loosen the layer of the cabbage leaves.
4.Continue removing the leaves like peeling the onion.
5.Trim the thick veins of the leaves
6.Take minced chicken, salt to taste, black pepper, minced onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green chilly mixed them with soya sauce.
7.Now put the mixture in the boiled cabbage leave and wrap them well.
8.Place them on a serving plate that is small enough to fit into your steamer. It will take 10 mins to cook.
9.If the rolls are to be served later, you can keep them in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Extend the steaming time to 12 minutes if just taken out from the fridge.
