Feliz día mi hermosa gente de la comunidad de SteemFoods, es un placer compartir con ustedes mis creaciones en la cocina, he realizado un rico arroz chino al estilo @rypo01 (Venezolano).

Happy day my beautiful people of the SteemFoods community, it is a pleasure to share with you my creations in the kitchen, I have made a delicious Chinese rice @rypo01 (Venezuelan) style.

"ARROZ CHINO, ESTILO @RYPO01 (Venezolano)"

"CHINESE RICE, @RYPO01 STYLE (Venezuelan)".

¿Que utilice para hacerlos?

1- Arroz.
2- Pollo.
3- Jamón ahumado.
4- Verduras y hortalizas: Zanahoria, cebolla, cebollin, ajo, pimentón, ají, ajoporro.
5- Aceite y sal.
6- Salsa de Soja. (OSCURA).

What do I use to make them?

1- Rice.
2- Chicken.
3- Smoked ham.
4- Vegetables and greens: Carrot, onion, chives, garlic, paprika, chili, ajoporro.
5- Oil and salt.
6- Soy sauce. (DARK).

¿Como lo hice?

Lo primero que hice fue hacer el arroz, espere que reposara y lo saque de la olla a un recipiente plástico para guardarlo en la nevera de un día para otro.

Nota: Hacer esto le da mayor dureza al grano para el proceso de ejecución del plato.

How did I do it?

The first thing I did was to make the rice, wait for it to rest and remove it from the pot to a plastic container to keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

Note: Doing this gives more hardness to the grain for the process of making the dish.

Seguidamente procedí a cortar las verduras y hortalizas, la zanahoria y pimentón en bastones, el ají y cebolla pequeño y el ajoporro, ajo y cebollin rebanado.

Nota: Separa el tallo del cebollin y ajoporro ya que serán utilizados en la primera etapa de cocción y las hojas al final.

Next I proceeded to cut the vegetables, the carrot and bell pepper in sticks, the chili and small onion and the garlic, garlic and onion sliced.

Note: Separate the stems of the onion and garlic, as they will be used in the first stage of cooking and the leaves at the end.

Procedí a cortar el pollo en trozos pequeños y el jamón ahumado en tiras.

I proceeded to cut the chicken into small pieces and the smoked ham into strips.

Con todo listo, ¡ahora a la candela! Utilice una bandeja de tres kilos ya que hice dos kilos de arroz, encendí dos hornillas y agregue aceite.

With everything ready, now to the fire! I used a three kilos tray since I made two kilos of rice, lit two burners and added oil.

Cuando el aceite ya estaba caliente agregue todas las verduras y hortalizas para sofreír, menos las hojas de cebollin.

When the oil was already hot, add all the vegetables to fry, except the onion leaves.

Seguidamente añadí el pollo y jamón ahumado, ademas Sal y salsa de Soja. NOTA: No se exceda, hay que mantener el equilibrio ya que la salsa de soja es salada.

Then I added the chicken and smoked ham, plus salt and soy sauce. NOTE: Do not overdo it, you have to keep the balance since the soy sauce is salty.

Luego de estar bien cocidos el siguiente paso es añadir poco a poco el arroz y salsa de soja para darle color y finalmente añadimos las hojas del cebollin y ajoporro, les da un sabor super rico

After being well cooked the next step is to add little by little the rice and soy sauce to give it color and finally add the chives and garlic leaves, it gives them a super rich flavor.

Y así quedo mi arroz chino al estilo @rypo01 (Venezolano)... Y lo comimos en familia.

And this is how my @rypo01 (Venezuelan) Chinese rice turned out.... And we ate it as a family.
