My first post in this community didn't attract anybody due to how I presented my post. With the help of the group administrator @alikoc07 and @steemitfoods I have learned on how to make a good post in this community.
Today I will like to share with you how I prepared my Banku with Groundnut Soup Recipe
Banku is the main food for the Ewe's located in volta region in Ghana. It's sometimes eating with hot pepper and salted fish but more delicious when eaten with groundnut soup.
Ingredients for the Groundnut Soup
Fresh tomatoes
Onions
Pepper
Maggie
Groundnut paste
Garlic
Ginger
Smocked fish
Chicken

Steps
We start by putting the groundnut paste in a cooking pan and add two oz of water to it.

Stir the groundnut paste till oil content comes out of it. Add more water to it and make it boiled for 15 minutes. While on boiling add pepper, tomatoes, onions, ginger and garlic to it for easy grinding.

After boiling for awhile, remove the ingredients and grind in an earthenware.

Ad the grinded ingredients to the groundnut paste on fire.
We then add grinded pepper, ginger, garlic, salt and some spicy to our chicken to steam it

Put on heat an wait for awhile.

Mash the smoked fish and add it to the cooking pan.

Wait to boil for 5 minutes and then add the steamed chicken. Put your maggie and salt as well. Wait again to boil for 15 minutes and then we have our groundnut soup.

Steps to Prepare Banku
Put corn dough and cassava dough in a cooking pot.

Add water, mash and stir with the hand
After you are done stirring and mashing put it down for awhile for all the particles to settled.
Put the pot on fire and stir with a wooden ladle.
After stirring for 20 minutes you serve your Banku I polythene for preservation.
We are done with our Banku and can now eat with our groundnut soup.

Preparation of this food needs a lot of time and the only difficult part is the stirring of the Banku.
Banku is reach in carbohydrates, chicken is reach in protein and groundnut paste is reach in fat and oil. This recipe build your muscles and give you energy for your daily work. Hope you will try it.
