Happy Monday to everyone. Today I have special Gujrati recipe for you and it's name is Vati Daal khaman. It's very famous variety in Gujarat. It's not so difficult you will easily learn it because I am going to show you step by step tutorial with you
So first let's talk about ingredients.
First Take 25 gram rice and 25 gram Chickpea gram and soak them in water for 5 hours.
Soaked rice : 25 gram
Chickpea gram : 25 gram
Green chilly : 3 piece
Mustard : 2 tea spoon
Salt : According to taste
Coriander : As requirement
Turmeric : 1 tea spoon
Citric acid : half tea spoon
Baking soda : 1 Tea spoon
First of all take Soaked rice and Chickpea gram and add Citric acid, Turmeric, Green chilly and salt grind it in grinder.
Add baking soda in it and mix them properly up to 5 to 7 minutes.
Put cooker on gas stove and add that mixture in that cooker and cook it for 15 minutes.
So now it is ready just open the cooker and cut it in Square like the image that given below.
Now put the pan on gas stove and add cooking oil and mustard in it. Cook those pieces in this pan.
So now your vati daal khaman is ready add coriander for better taste.
