Hello My Foodie People....
It's still the 1st week of the new month and the 2nd day of my diet💪. However, I had healthy foods while the day according to my diet plan.
Well, here is my 2nd day and I'll show you guys what I had on that day.
Breakfast 🍌🍫
Oh yeah, most mornings I eat a smoothie bowl in different flavors. So, this morning I had a Banana-Chocolate smoothie.
For that, I added some frozen bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla, honey, and milk. Then, I ate it with some mixed nuts.
Yes, yes, yes…. it was so yummmmmmmm!!!!!
Lunch 🍗☘️
A small Weight of red rice with vegetables and meats is recommended for the diet. Therefore, I made this dhal curry, chicken curry, and gotukola sambol. I like this combination.
It was a perfect lunch.
Dinner 🥦
The last meal of the day and I finished it with a healthy meal. Anything didn’t come to my mind to make a meal from vegetables and meats. So, I searched it on YouTube and found this recipe.
I never made it before. This makes from cauliflower. Yeah, We have to boil it and grind it. Then, mix it with vegetables. Finally, I added fried sausage pieces and cheese.
Well, this is one of the best recipes I found.
Well, that was my 2nd day with all these healthy foods from my diet.
