The recipe that I'm doing right now is:

🍣🍣🍛🍛FRIED FISH🐠🐟🥙
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Servings 3 people
Calories 67kcal

Ingredients are:
Salt and Seasonings.
Bullet Fish

FIRST, YOU ARE GOING TO CLEAN THE FISH BY REMOVING THE GILLS.

Second, Put and Rub salt all over the fish including the insides

Third, Heat oil in a frying pan

Fourth, When the oil is hot, put-in the Bullet Tuna (Bodboron Fish) .Fry each side in medium heat for about 6 to 10 minutes. Note: I usually wait until I don’t hear any sound. This means that the liquid is gone and the fish is crisp.

Fifth, Get the Crisp or The Done Cooked Fish.

Sixth, Arrange in a serving plate.
Serve with your favorite condiments and side dish.
