Beetroot 2 pieces
Water- like needed
Tumeric 1.5 spoons
Salt 2 spoons
Mustrad Oil 40 grams
Green pepper 4 pieces
Onion 1 piece
Garlic 1 piece
Cumin 20 grams
Some months ago I cultivated beetroots in my crops garden . Some days I picked beetroot from my home crop garden .
Firstly I had cut Beetroot . I removed Beetroot shells and cut slicely. After that I had washed Beetroot with water . Lastly i cut green chilli ,onion and garlic slicely.
After washing Beetroot , I had mixed tumaric and salt . When mustrad oil is hot , i had fried onions and garlic .
After frying onions and garlic , I had mixed Beetroot and green chilli . Thus I had fried Beetroots sometimes .
Really It is very delicious and tasty recipe . It is a homemade recipe .

It is very delicious and healthy food .Most of people like this Beetroot .Beetroot contains in vitamins, important minerals and water as well as beneficial fiber. We can eat beetroot different ways . Such as a vegetable curry, labra, vegetarian, bhaji, bara or salad. Beetroot leaves keeps our brain cool . It helps to solve sleep problems. Beetroot regulates our body temperature.Beetroot helps to keep heathy our skin. Bottle Gourd eliminates against constipation problems . It keeps our stomach to clean, as a result the tendency to get acne on the face is reduced a lot of disease it helps for losing our weight . Beetroot has a lot of dietary fiber and very few calories and fats which is very helpful in losing weight.
