I greet you all my lovely friends on steem food community. I absolutely believe you all had a lovely night rest and i know your day is going smoothly. I am really having a lovely day here. I thank God for His kindness, love and protection upon us.
I am writing this to explain on how I prepared a delicious African soup called EGUSI SOUP here on steemfood. I am telling you here that after reading this, you will love to prepare this by yourself and will also want to eat it.

STEPS:
Firstly, i went to the market and buy the needed ingredients for preparing this soup.
The ingredients are as follows:
Egusi
Bitter leaf
Meat
Kanda
Stockfish
Dry fish
Onions
Pepper
Salt
Creafish
Maggi Cube
Red oil

Secondly, the preparation begins.
I begin by washing the pepper, onions and i used a little salt to wash the below items;

Kanda
Dried fish
After washing the bitter leaf, i squeezed it very well in other to remove the bitterness.
Thirdly, i put the meat in the put then after 3minutes I added very small water, small salt, small onions, one cube and pepper.
Then i allowed it to boiled upto 12mins. While it was still boiling, i added the stock fish, dried fish and kanda.
Then after 10minutes, i added more water to my choice, and small red oil and allow it to boil a little while.
Then I put the Egusi in the bowel added it a little water and turned it very well, also added it the remaining onions and a little water, then turned it for the Egusi and onions + Maggi cube to marry each other.
I now added it to the pot, then allow it to boil for 5minutes, I finally added the bitter leaf turned it very well well cover the pot and allow it to boil for 3minutes, then I bring it down.
The Egusi soup was set. This Egusi can be eating with the following;
Garri
Fufu/Akpu
Amala
Pounded Yam
Cooked plantain.
