In Nigeria, one of the food people love to eat is porridge. Porridge is made from yam as its major ingredient. Before I move further, I will like to list the ingredients used in preparing the porridge.

INGREDIENTS

  • Yam
  • Onions
  • Palm Oil
  • Vegetables
  • Salt
  • Maggi
  • Prawn

STEPS IN PREPARATION

Different people with different cooking skills. The way I cooked my food might be different from the way other people will cook theirs. The major thing is that we should ensure that our food is delicious, rich and most importantly we should maintain personal hygiene when cooking.
