Hello all. On this occasion, I would like to make a sponge cake and share some photos of the time I made it. Sponge cake is a cake that is commonly made by women in Indonesia. Sponge cake also has various kinds.
Materials needed:
- 2 chicken eggs.
- 5 tablespoons of sugar.
- 5 tablespoons of flour.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
- 1/2 teaspoon sp.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
- 2 packs of chocolates.
- 2 packs of sweetened condensed milk chocolate.
- 8 tablespoons of boiled water.
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Sufficient margarine to spread the pan.
How to make:
- Prepare the ingredients, remember before making a cake make it a habit to heat the steamer or steaming pan first, friends, its function is so that the cake doesn't wait too long to boil if it's too long, as a result, the cake is tough and hard.
- Beat eggs, sugar, and sp until fluffy. Because my mixer was broken, I used it manually. The result is the same
- After expanding, add the flour, baking soda, vanilla, and chocolates, stir well
- After it is well blended, add the chocolate milk which was previously mixed with 8 tablespoons of boiled water. After that, enter the cooking oil
- After all the ingredients are evenly mixed. The texture of the cake dough is runny or runny. No need to worry that you will be satisfied with the final result. Put it in the pan that has been spread with margarine and sprinkled with flour. If you have parchment paper, it's recommended to use it to make sure the cake doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan when it's cooked.
- Put it in the cake steamer. Steam for 20 minutes or until cooked. Remove and let it warm and then remove it from the pan. Serve .. good luck
