Hey everyone, how are you all ? I am good and I hope you guys are well and safe at home. So, today I am going to share with you a recepie Named 'Halwa' or 'siraa'. It is basically a dessert .Which we indians made this in some festive or when we live in fast . So , I am going to start and I will tell you each process and show you.
First we have to take 150 gram of water chestnuts flour . This is easily available in grocery shop.
Then, pre heat the cauldron in medium flame till for 5 minutes.
We use stainer to stain the flour .
then check the cauldron is heated then put the water chestnuts flour in the cauldron.
Then we start stir and fry it on low flame till the colour of it changed in brown colour.
When the color becomes brown, then we will take it out in a bowl. Then put ghee on cauldron I am using Govardhan ghee .
Then add 150 gram of sugar . Almost 1/2 cup .
Then add water and melt sugar on high flame.
Now let the water boil and sugar be melt . Till then we will dissolve water on fried flour . We have to make the solution not so thick .
Water is boiled then add the solution of flour on it .
Now again we have to stir it till then the halwa not get ready.
Make sure no lumps come on it.
Now halwa is ready and I take out it on plate and add some dry fruits .
