Good day everyone , last night i decided to prepare Afang soup.
Recipe:
Meat
Kpomo
Periwinkle
Dried fish
Water leaf
Okazi
Oil
Pepper
Salt
Maggi
Crayfish
Firstly, i steamed my meat, kpomo , dry fish and periwinkle together with pepper, maggi and salt to give a nice taste.
I allowed it to to cook for 20mins for a good taste and a well cooked meat.
Secondly, after steaming i added waterleaf
I cooked water leaf for 3mins and added crayfish
I cooked for about 4-5mins then i added oil
I allowed it to cook for sometime then i added the okazi leaf
I allowed to cooked then i stirred
I allowed for 2 mins and then our Afang soup is ready
